History

A book was published in 1937 called Think and Grow Rich. It was written by a man called Napoleon Hill. Hill spent many years interviewing the most successful men and women of the time. He was looking for what they did that led to their success. Hill identified 13 principles of personal achievement. In an interview later in his life he said that the key principle was what he called the Master Mind.

In 2003 the authors of the Masterminding® book met through the YES Group. They had read Think and Grow Rich and believed in collaboration and support.

Work broke the original team as they went their separate ways. Steve, Arthur, Mac and Karl completed the book based on the model they created.

Taking the mindset, the  skills forward it was Karl and Mac who went on to promote Masterminding® through until today. Trademarking it in the process so as to protect its unique ‘peer to peer’ process.
